Zoning Adminstrator for Surrey Township.
Biography:
I have served the Township in the past as a firefighter, fire officer, paramedic and Chief of the Surrey Township Fire Department for 11 years. I also worked for the Dow Chemical Co. in Midland for 24 years.
I have been married to my wife Linda for the past 10 years and between us we have five children and seven grandchildren.
I’m an Ordained Minister and preached at a rural congregation in West Virginia for a year before returning to the Farwell area where I have spent the majority of my life, I have also lived in Florida, I have been licensed residential builder and I am a journeyman welder/ fabricator. Doug Anger and I recently completed the Michigan Citizen Planner class sponsored by Michigan State University Extention and the Clare County Enterprise Community. I look forward to serving the Township residents as Zoning Adminstrator.
